UPLIFT 2.0: Upscale Learning Inclusivity in the Multi-Faceted Aspects of Transparent Governance, a Capacity Enhancement Seminar for Barangay Secretaries of Bulacan, was successfully launched. The first batch was held at Crown Legacy Hotel from February 3–5, while the second batch took place at Supreme Hotel from February 5–7, 2026. The activity was led by the President of the Liga ng mga Barangay – Bulacan Chapter, Board Member Engr. Fortune SJ. Angeles, in collaboration and support of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), under the leadership of Regional Director Araceli A. San Jose, CESO III, Provincial Director Myrvi Apostol-Fabia, CESO V, as well as all the dedicated Local Government Operations Officers who served as Resource Speakers and partners in the continued advancement of important initiatives and meaningful activities toward efficient, transparent, and inclusive governance in every barangay of Bulacan.
